  • Camera Access: The App requires camera access exclusively to scan QR codes for our loyalty features. We do not capture, save, or transmit any images or photos from your camera. The image feed is strictly processed locally on your device to read the QR code data.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App's core functionality (e.g., managing loyalty points and rewards).

  • To display relevant, platform-specific advertisements created by business owners using our service.
  • To monitor and analyze app performance, usage patterns, and crashes to ensure stability and improve user experience.

  • Business Owners (Merchants): When you interact with a business through Tappr (e.g., scanning a loyalty card, redeeming a reward), we do not share your personal information (such as your name or email) with the business owner. Your identity and contact details remain strictly private from the merchants.
  • Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services solely for analytics and crash reporting to improve the App.

4. Advertising

Tappr features internal advertisements that are created specifically by business owners within our platform ecosystem. We do not use third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob or Facebook Ads) that track your behavior across other apps and websites.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable and standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. If you wish to delete your Tappr account and permanently remove all associated data from our servers, you can submit a deletion request by contacting us via the email provided below.
